Another must have appliance for healthy meals is a blender or a magic bullet. These things make it easy to get your fruits and vegetables in because you can make smoothies. I know it’s easier for most people to consume vegetables if they’re hidden and mixed in with something else.
One more thing to do in order to eat healthier is to cook your meals ahead of time. If you know you’re going to have a super busy day, cook your meals the day before. Put enough for the next day in a tupperware dish and then eat what you’re going to eat for today. This way you won’t be tempted to get fast food.
